On iPhone, open GroupSlip in Safari and use Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome and choose Install from the browser menu. No app store download or Premium plan is needed.

Open Your plan, then choose Manage or cancel subscription. Stripe opens a secure screen for cancellation, payment methods and invoices. Cancellation stops renewal; access remains through your paid-through date. Your groups and picks stay saved afterward.

If you received a payment receipt but Premium has not appeared, use Restore / refresh access in Your plan before paying again. Email support if it remains unresolved. Never send card numbers or passwords.

Sign in with the account you want to use, then open the invitation again. You can also choose Join with a code from Groups. If the link still fails, send support the group name and the approximate time you tried.

GroupSlip tracks the result against your saved line. Some picks need an administrator to confirm the result; those remain marked for review. Your sportsbook determines the settlement of any wager placed there.

Check the update time and refresh the page. Expired prices cannot be selected. Your saved picks retain their original line and odds. Report a problem if a game, pick or slip still looks wrong.

Include the group or slate name, what you expected, what happened and an approximate time. A screenshot can help—remove private information first. In-app feedback includes useful page and device context.

Contact us from your account email when possible and say what you need. We may need to verify ownership. Account deletion is currently handled through support; leaving a group or signing out does not delete your account. See the Privacy policy for shared-history and retention details.

You can use GroupSlip without wagering at all. Make paper picks—like paper trading for sports bets—by submitting a line and tracking its result with friends. No bet, sportsbook account or deposit is required. Results and unit returns are tracking calculations, not money won or paid by GroupSlip.

We help you prepare slips and open selections at supported sportsbooks. Placing a bet requires your own eligible sportsbook account and your personal review and confirmation there. GroupSlip does not accept or place bets, hold or pool betting funds, pay winnings, or run paid prize contests. It cannot cancel or refund a sportsbook wager. Contact the sportsbook about its accepted bets and grading.

Never send us passwords, one-time sign-in codes, payment-card information or sportsbook credentials.

GroupSlip is for adults 21+. If you wager, follow local age and eligibility rules and only risk what you can afford to lose.
