Cookies & storage

GroupSlip uses browser storage to keep you signed in, complete secure sign-in flows and remember app settings. These functions are separate from optional site analytics.

Your choice

Optional analytics are off until you allow them. We store your choice on this browser; it is not a visitor ID. You can change it below. Clearing browser storage resets the choice. A Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal keeps optional analytics off.

What optional analytics count

With your permission, a random first-party browser ID records campaign labels and links a new account to its first saved group pick, checkout start and verified subscription. Records expire after 30 days. Campaign reports show totals, not individual identities. Raw referral URLs, advertising click IDs, pick contents and IP addresses are not stored in these analytics records.

No third-party advertising pixel is loaded by this feature. Hosting and security infrastructure still process network requests, including technical connection information needed to deliver and protect the site. Rejecting analytics deletes this browser’s linked measurement record. Older aggregate landing-page counters cannot be separated back into individual visits.

Essential storage

Sign-in cookies and related security storage do not need optional analytics enabled. Blocking all browser storage may stop sign-in and installed-app features from working. Google sign-in is handled by Google and the authentication provider under their own policies.
